"Worst room ever. The services and staff behaviour is good but the room is worst. There is no bathroom lock not proper cleaning even not proper lights in the room. That cheap yellow lights are there which was really giving headache. You need to change that and clean the rooms please. Mirrors, walls, bed sheets nothing is good."

"Want my refund asap. Not allowed to check in late night on 20th may. Rooms were not available. Receptionist was behaving rudely and annoyingly ignoring. Fraud hotel. Made complaint to make my trip to stop registering fake hotels. It would damage their reputation only.!!!!!"

"The WORST . The room was very dirty and had an unpleasant odor . The behaviour of the staff is very rude. The bed sheet was torn and dirty , the blanket was dirty and pillows were stinking. The washroom is not clean , cigarette and tuft of hairs was present inside. Even the tap was not working properly. Almirah was very dirty . The TV was not in working condition. Most important: The staff was very creepy , making loud noises at night."

"I am disappointed with the experience. Fab Hotel has a better standard than this. Room was uncleaned and dirt all over sofa, bed etc.., pillow was too large and gave me neck sprain, mattress was broken and uneven, there was no additional bed sheet when asked, hotel location was pathetic and lastly breakfast offering includes only 1 paratha with tea at room. I didn't had it considering hygiene factor. Website photos doesn't even matches with reality. Your Team need to assess this property soon."

"My experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit by a strong, unpleasant odor. It was clear that the room had not been properly aired out or cleaned. Furthermore, the bedsheets were visibly dirty, with stains and an overall unkempt appearance. It was quite clear that they hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. This lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable for any hotel. They have ensured the toilet and bathroom area is clean. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay because of the images shown and the service provided are not matching."
